Police arrested a 27-year-old man for loanshark harassment on Wednesday afternoon following a tip-off.On Monday, a member of the public had called the police after seeing a man splashing paint at a house in Serangoon.
The suspect left in a car, but someone managed to note down the license plate number of the car and informed the police.
